How does blended (or hybrid) training work? Well, this form of OSHA, First Aid, and CPR
certification is a combination of the ONLINE and ONSITE methods described in greater detail in the
sections to the left.
Completing a large portion of the training online (in many cases up to 80%) greatly diminishes
the time spent in classroom based training. In most cases, all that is necessary is a short
in-person skills evaluation.
Blended training is a great option for companies that are looking to reduce the cost and
employee downtime often associated with onsite & offsite training.
